Deposits To confirm the date of your function we require a deposit for specific room. The deposit will be deducted from your final billing. Deposits are not refunded if we cannot re-book the cancelled date. Room Rental There will be a room rental charge applied to your final billing. Banquet Room: $ 650.00 Dining Room: $ 450.00 *Plus applicable taxes Menu Selection The catering department should be advised of your menu selection two weeks prior to your function date. We must be notified 48 hours prior to the function of the number of guests attending. The menus enclosed are a sampling of the possibilities available. Our catering manager will be happy to assist you with any special dietary requirements. Menu prices included in this package are for January 2010 until December 2010. Menu prices are current and if there is a price change you will be notified. Please ask catering manager for approximate prices in 2011 and beyond. Beverage & Bar Drinks and cocktails for your function may be purchased in either cash or a host basis. No beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the club and no liquor service will be permitted after 1:00am. All entertainment shall cease at that time. Napkins Linen napkins can be provided at a cost of .30cents each. Linen Inlays can be provided at a cost of $2.75 and up depending on size. Chair covers available to rent as well. Music Can be arranged through our catering department. |
