Billing
► Please note that applicable taxes and 15% service charge will be added to all of our functions billings.
► Payment is expected to be made on the date of the function unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
► Use of confetti, small sparkles or rice is strictly forbidden. A cleaning charge of $150.00 for the large room and $100.00 for
      the small rooms will apply to functions using this.
► Music Tax (Socan) will be added to bill which is $59.17 + applicable taxes. This fee depends on number of guests attending.

Photography
► Photography is allowed in the clubhouse area only. Please advise your photographer accordingly. Please have photographer contact catering manager if there are any questions with respect to indoor and outdoor locations.

Clubhouse Requirements
► Guests are not allowed to walk the golf course.
► The club will take all necessary care, however, we cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to goods left in the club prior to, during and after a function.

Menu Planning
► Our catering manager is willing to discuss options for different meals.
► Special dietary requirement meals can be arranged with catering manager prior to event.
► Children Meals (Under the age of 12) are available upon request.
