Roast Sirloin of Beef: Tender and succulent, cooked to your specifications and topped with beef sauce or au jus. Price: $ 24.00 per person
 


Prime Rib of Beef: Tender and succulent, cooked to your specification and topped with beef au jus. Price: $ 28.25 per person


Chicken Florentine: Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach and topped with a veloute sauce. Price: $ 24.95 per person


Chicken Kiev: A 6oz chicken breast stuffed with a garlic herbed butter, breaded and topped with a veloute sauce. Price: $ 24.95 per person


Chicken Supreme: Boneless breast of chicken grilled and topped with a white supreme sauce. Price: $ 22.50 per person


Roast Turkey: Sliced Breast meat and dark meat placed on our savoury dressing and topped with veloute sauce. Price: $24.00 per person

Soup or Salad: Vegetable, Beef Barley, Cream of Chicken, Cream of Broccoli, Cream of Cauliflower, Cream of Butternut Squash, Caesar Salad, Mandarin Salad, Garden Salad.


Potato or  Rice: Mashed, Roasted, Baked, Parisenne, Seasoned roasted red potatoes,  Rice Pilaf, Wild Rice.


Vegetable: Green Beans, Honey Glazed Baby Carrots, California mix. Vegetables in Season to be discussed with catering manager.

Apple Crisp:
A sweet mixture topped with a crumble baked and served hot.
Carrot Cake:
Tasty and tangy with cream cheese icing.
Cheese Cake: Topped with fresh strawberry or chocolate sauce. (We can serve any flavour of cheesecake.)
Chocolate Mousse:
Topped with fresh strawberry or praline cookie
Fruit Cocktail: Mixed fruit served in a champagne glass.
